Anica Gikovska - Founder of Stellar Alignment

My name is Anica Gikovska, the founder and heart behind Stellar Alignment, an energy healing and spiritual practice in Melbourne, Victoria. I am a certified Reiki and energy healer in the lineage of Mikao Usui, and my work also includes Pellowah, meditation and intuitive energy guidance.

I have always been drawn to the spaces between what we can see and what we can feel.

My work has grown from a deep inner knowing that there is far more to us than the stories we have been taught to carry. Beneath our experiences, conditioning, fears and beliefs, there is something within us that remains whole, connected and quietly knowing.

I don’t believe we need to be fixed.

I don’t believe that one person has something another person doesn’t.

And I don’t see myself as someone who heals another.

Instead, I see my role as creating a space where you can pause, reconnect and remember something that has always been within you.

Remembering Through Energy

My path into energy work began through my own experience of sensing and feeling energy. During meditation, I experienced a profound download and felt heat moving through my hands. This experience eventually led me to Reiki through the Usui Mikao lineage, where I was guided by a Reiki Master who supported me along my spiritual path.

Although I had always been sensitive to energy, this experience opened a deeper awareness and sparked what I came to recognise as an alignment with my soul’s purpose.

Alongside Reiki, I work with Pellowah, meditation and intuitive awareness.

During sessions, I sometimes receive an insight, feeling, image or message that arises unexpectedly and feels distinct from my own thinking. When it feels appropriate, I share it with the person I’m working with.

Often, the response is simply:
“I already knew that.”

That moment of recognition is what matters to me.

The message isn’t something I have given them. It is simply something that may help illuminate what they are ready to see or remember for themselves.

Remembering Through Art

My work as an artist is another expression of the same thread.

Through my Soul Origin Sphere sculptures, I create individual pieces that emerge through an intuitive and personal process. I connect with the person and allow the sculpture to unfold through a combination of listening, creating and channeling.

The finished piece is not intended to tell someone who they are.

It is an invitation to recognise something within themselves.

Something familiar.

Something that perhaps cannot always be explained in words.

The Thread Connecting It All

Whether I am creating a sculpture, holding an energy session, guiding a meditation or gathering people together, the intention remains the same:

To create a space for remembrance.

A remembering of your own wisdom.

Your own wholeness.

Your connection to yourself, to others and to something greater than the individual self.

I don’t believe I am here to stand in front of you and tell you the way.

I am here to walk beside you, holding a lantern when it is dark, until you can see your own path again.

Because the light isn’t mine to give you.

It was always yours.
