Terms & Conditions – Stellar Alignment

Disclaimer:

Stellar Alignment is not liable for any claim, loss, injury, or illness arising from Reiki, Pellowah, or other energy healing sessions, pre-existing conditions, or medications, except in cases of negligence. Reiki and energy healing are complementary practices intended for relaxation and wellbeing and do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed professional. If you feel discomfort, please stop the session and consult your healthcare professional. Multiple sessions may be needed for full benefit.

COVID-19:

If unwell, showing symptoms, or a close contact, notify us promptly to reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations & Rebooking:

Cancel at least 24 hours prior (excluding COVID-19/flu). Late cancellations incur 100% of the session fee. Use your confirmation link, text, or email to cancel or rebook.

Substance Policy:

For safety and integrity, clients must arrive sober and clear-headed. Alcohol or drug use within 72 hours prior may result in cancellation and full fee applies, no refund.
