Energy Healing

Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with the energetic and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. At Stellar Alignment, sessions are offered through Reiki, Pellowah and Intuitive Guidance, creating a space to slow down, reconnect and explore a deeper sense of balance and inner awareness.

Energy healing is approached here as a complementary spiritual practice rather than a replacement for medical or psychological care. Each session is a space to pause, listen inwardly and connect with what may be ready to be understood, released or remembered.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice from the Usui Mikao lineage that uses light touch or hands-off techniques to support relaxation, balance and a sense of inner calm.

During a Reiki session, the intention is to create a quiet and supportive space where you can slow down and become more aware of yourself. The experience may support relaxation, release of tension and a greater sense of clarity and connection.

Reiki can be experienced as a deeply calming practice, with each session unfolding differently according to what you may be experiencing at the time.

Pellowah

Pellowah is a relatively modern form of energy healing that originated in Australia. It’s often described as a high-vibrational, hands-off energy technique that works on a spiritual and energetic level to shift a person’s consciousness, perspective, and life direction.

A Pellowah session provides space to step back from familiar patterns and explore your experiences from a different perspective. It may support a greater sense of clarity, expanded awareness and connection with your own direction and inner knowing.

The practice is gentle and non-invasive, allowing the experience to unfold without expectation or the need to force an outcome.

Intuitive Guidance is a reflective energy-based practice that combines intuitive awareness, thoughtful conversation and deep listening to support greater clarity and self-understanding.

During a session, an insight, feeling, image or message may arise intuitively and, when appropriate, be shared with you. These moments are not intended to tell you what to do or provide answers on your behalf. Instead, they may help illuminate something you already sense or know within yourself.

The intention is to create a safe and open space where you can pause, reflect and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Every session is different because every person arrives with their own experiences, questions and intentions. You don't need to have a particular belief system or know exactly what you are looking for.

You are simply invited to arrive as you are, slow down and give yourself space to listen inwardly.
